Enhancing work, life, family and wellness. That is what you can expect from the Covenant Homeland Security Services - Strategic Petroleum Reserve’s new Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Bloomington has partnered with Bensinger, DuPont & Associates (BDA), a nationwide leader in employee assistance services, to administer this program.
Covenant employees and their families can receive free, confidential telephone and face-to-face counseling from Master’s level counselors with experience in a wide range of issues, such as depression, stress, marital and family issues, and addictions. Referral to attorneys for no-cost consultations is also available.
Employees today want to strike a balance between their work life and their family life. The EAP can help employees do just that with a wide focus on Work/Life issues. You can call for help finding child and elder care providers, getting in touch with a lawyer for free consultation and document review, talking to a financial counselor to plan your family’s budget or find ways to get out of debt, and finding solutions for parenting concerns.
